Dina Foods is pleased to announce that its savoury factory has been awarded AA+ in its recent BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance of Global Standards) audit. With its distinguished operations and high standards of food safety procedures in place, the Company has achieved the highest grades of food safety and hygiene under BRCGS. This food safety standard is accepted by 70% of the top 10 retailers in the world, 60% of the top 10 restaurant service providers, and 50% of the top 25 manufacturers as mentioned by BRCGS. It allows Dina Foods to have transparency with its customers and supports the brand’s reliability. Achieving BRCGS AA+ certification speaks in support of Dina Foods’s confidence in its routine food safety processes as it has achieved the highest grades in an unannounced audit. Achieving this grade is a testament to the dedicated team of managers and team members and Dina takes pride in declaring that it stands amongst the best quality food manufacturers in the league.
Dina Foods produces a selection of original Lebanese food items like Falafels, Kibbe, Sambousek, Sfiha, Fatayer, and Bastilla along with dipping choices of houmous and babaganoush. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry spanning several decades, then moving to manufacture and supplying savoury products, the Dina Foods Kitchen has always created mouth-watering food full of flavours and aromatic spices.
Fifteen products made in the Dina Foods savoury department were officially registered with The Vegan Society’s international Vegan Trademark in 2020. The use of this trademark signifies that the manufacture and development of those products and their ingredients do not have and do not involve the use of any animal products.
Dina Foods offers a variety of Falafel flavours, such as sweet potato, spinach, beetroot, or mixed quinoa, that are suitable for wraps, falafel burgers, salads, or on their own with a dip like houmous or babaganoush. Since it is always more the merrier, Dina Foods also makes a selection of snacks like Fatayers and Sambousek with filling options of cheese, spinach, or lamb along with vine leaves.
